Our vision to become a leader in home health care started out simply.
A few years ago a family member was in need of care in her home .We
contacted a local agency and they sent out a caregiver. The person
they sent out fell short of our expectations. She was neither caring nor
helpful. After a few people were sent out , I began to feel their had to
be a better solution. The concept was good,but the execution was
poor. There was no consistency in care-givers who provided service.
It seemed there was a different person that came at different times of
day.
Our philosophy is different ! We believe that consistency in your loved
one's life is important. Our goal is to match our clients with compatible
care-givers, and to provide services at or near the same time on a
daily or weekly schedule. All of our care providers are subject to
background checks,especially for a history of physical or emotional
abuse. Each care provider must undergo random drug screening and
are subject to an extensive interview process. Our promise to you is
that we will never take on more clients than we can provide QUALITY
care-givers for.
Each of our clients deserve the very best in personal care for
themselves or their loved ones !
